Suddenly lost internal audio input and output.

Open | Software

So I was playing some games and midway I lost my audio, I didn't think much of it and just continued because my audio would cut off randomly and I would restart my laptop to fix it, after playing, I did restart it but this time was different, my laptop did not return it's audio output and somehow also disconnected my input, All my drivers are up-to-date[including sound], I never drop/hit my laptop, I do sometimes eat food on my laptop but no insects go to my laptop because I put peppermint air fresheners in my room, I used audio troubleshoot but it said "You ain't got no audio bitch"{not really what it said}. I also tried device manager, it was missing a directory "audio inputs and outputs" everything was there on device manager except that, I restarted my computer again and then nothing changed, 3 more times and still nothing, I use a Dolby Sound System, but after my first restart I did go to device manager and turn off my speaker and turned it back on but it didn't work so I restarted after testing for 3 minutes. I think this is a hardware problem because I used the device manager to on/off the thing and it didn't work so it must be connected still, but after that it did not connect anymore.

I need some help on how to fix this thing, it's 3 years old {isn't that old}, and it's quite low-end at 600USD but it's the only thing we can afford, please help!
