Regional Roserade Idea for Scarlet/Violet based on flamenco dancers! How well would it do in competitive?

Here's an idea for the first Grass/Fire type, a Roserade variant for SV! I think that the flamenco dancer theming could also work for Roserade, and it could maybe dance with Oricorio too! I would think of its design as being similar to Delta Roserade from Pokemon Insurgence, but as a Grass/Fire type instead of Dark/Fairy.

Roserade (I'll call it Iberian form because region name is currently unknown)

Flamenco Pokemon

Iberian Roserade will dance flamenco with grace and speed, and commonly perform around the region with Baile style Oricorio. When they dance, they release flames that are over 2500 degress!
