How do I get a faster attack speed?

I’m using winters edge at level 50 and I’m thinking when I get to level 60 and have the ice breaker passive it’ll be much slower than the times I’m able to test it (based on my current attack speed being really slow). Can I possible increase it without taking up a skill slot?
