I don't want to be "that guy", but you should just read through this sub. There are a LOT of resources already available in the sub, if you just search for them. I don't think anyone here is going to hold your hand and teach you how to hack.

First - Define what you're wanting to learn. Are you trying to learn what you see and hear on the news? Are you trying to become an ethical hacker or pen-tester? Are you trying to deface websites? Just want a hobby? Crack your neighbors wireless and watch him download porn or grab his facebook credentials? Or are you trying to come up with the next Droid X root? You have to define what you're wanting to learn.

Second - Learn the basics. After you figure out what you're trying to learn, learn the fundamentals. If you decide you want to hack some government network, you have to understand networking. Pick up a Network+ book, and read away. Learn that shit. You build everything on the fundamentals. Also, learn a couple scripting and programming languages, so you can understand what happens behind the scenes.

Third - See step one and figure out if you are ready to move on to the next subject.

Fourth - Hack away.
