Some people seem to be having an issue with my site. Would you guys mind helping me run a quick test?

My site, image host Picsarus, gets a fair amount of use in the NSFW community. I try to keep track of comments and such made about the site, and noticed people having some issues viewing. I thought it to be a DNS issue or IPs not resolving, but I thought I had taken care of it. All my tests indicate it should be fine. I received a message yesterday claiming the same issue. I've asked a couple people to send screenshots of what they see, which are here where the user was trying to view this (NSFW) image, and another showed me this.

Here is a brand new image I've just uploaded. Might anyone be able to offer some insight as to what the issue they think may be, and if this image isn't working for you, offer some information? Sorry for the long post, but the help is sincerely appreciated.
