That's less than a home in Vancouver.

"This property is very well maintained"

Dang, that’s so cheap. Too bad upkeep costs would likely be way too much, otherwise I’d legit be interested.

I dunno work for stay labor is likely available? Still need materials though... and taxes...

It's been for sale for a long time. It has good management, one of whose spouses drives the shuttle. But the downside is you have to live in Lordsburg.

Damn. Anyone know what’s going on with Ray and his family? They moving?

I'm confused? It's still open though right?

Yes it is still open. You don't close a business to sell it. The value is based on the income it produces.

I’d like to know as well!

My partner once considered buying what became the Burney Mountain Guest Lodge on the PCT. When we hiked through there we stayed there and thought man, this place looks really familiar, and then we realized it was the same place as the listing we saw when it was for sale. Not sure we'd want to buy a whole hotel though.

It's not a very big hotel.

I guess that explains why the shuttle pickup isn’t there anymore.

why?

I’m just assuming that if the owner is selling, they aren’t interested in doing anything else with the property.

That was the manager's husband who ran that.
