Honestly, I Think Rodney Has Some Untapped Potential With His Leadership Ability's

Would you care to elaborate on that? I personally didn’t think Rodney could do much in a new season because I always thought he was pretty one note in Pahkitew. But what do you think he could do? Any specific storylines you have in mind?

In His Audition He Said He Was A Leader Of His Other 6 or 7 Brothers.
By Bringing Him Back, I Fell Like They Expand Upon That, Though I Feel As Someone Should Help Realize That Potential, And That Person In My Mind Could Be Jasmine.
She Kinda Notices Rodney's Akward Staring, Asking/Confronting Rodney About It, Of Course He'll Mumble Alot, But I Think She'll Get The Picture, and Let's Rodney Down Easily, By Telling Him, She Has A Boyfriend And Reccomends To Him, To Put That Focus He Has On Women Into Something.
He Think On It For The Episode, And Asks Jasmine About It The Next Episode, More or Less Asking Her, What's Something He Could Do, And She Kinda Awnser's Back With Her Own Question, "Well, What Are You Good At?". And That Is The Point Where He Tells Her About Leading His Brothers Back At Home, And She Tells Him, That That Would Be Something Very Good To Focus On. She Even Offers To Help Him On That Journey
And From That Episode Forward, Him And Jasmine Improve His Leadership Skills, And Reducing His Desire To Fall In Love With Everyone Woman He Sees.
I Think This Could Take Him To The Early Merge or Late PreMerge (Though, I Prefer Early Merge)
Also With This Improvement, He Actually Finds His True Love, Which Is Ella, But Instead Of Fantasizing Over Her, He Gets To Know Her, and And Talk To Her As A Normal Person Would

I can agree with several of these placements big time, especially with the top three tiers.
You pretty much share most of my opinions regarding how deserving each character is of returning imo
