Hey I’m gonna guess that you just might not know some traffic laws or might be trying to learn (hoping your not trolling, lol). But crosswalks with pedestrians waiting to cross always have right of way. Especially at an intersection that doesn’t have a light which indicates when pedestrians should cross. Cars can and will be ticketed for failing to yield/stop for pedestrians who are waiting at a crosswalk.
In the US pedestrians are almost always not at fault, even if they are jaywalking but in other countries they are more strict and will actually ticket jaywalkers/will say that they are at fault in the case of an accident since they weren’t at a crosswalk. Because this person was on a crosswalk and got hit, and this is not the US (I believe), the driver is 100% at fault for failing to stop for pedestrians and hitting a pedestrian. To make matters worse they actually stopped their car on the pedestrians they just ran over which is horrible….

It helps and no, I'm not trolling. I was just wondering if the rught decision would've been reversing off of the pedestrian or keep driving forward off of him or maybe staying there in case the loss of pressure would cause more bleeding. I know that not hitting a pedestrian is the obvious choice but if you manage to do it on accident then what? I have a deep desire to know the best solution to every problem I might face in life. I'm not the worst driver and I haven't caused any accidents but I'm definitely not not the best.

The person in brown having to walk over and tell the driver to get the car off them was upsetting. How that wasn't the driver's first reaction is fucked up. Pretty sure the front wheel crushed the pedestrian's head though when the car went over them. There may not have been any help to give. Horrific whether they were beyond help or not though. Fuck, just the thought of it is sickening.
