Question about international shipping

Hello Redditors, I have a question about the international dhl shipping. About three weeks ago I ordered a few things from the United States, but since I live in Ukraine (you’ve probably heard about the war in my country) I couldn’t be sure that the package could get into my city (there’s a lot of hostilities going on here, and most of the post offices have just recently started working again). Because of that I ordered a package to Bucharest, where my mother temporarily lives. She lives in a student hostel, and the address of the hostel (and her room) I listed as a shipping address. So my question is, where will the package be delivered? In the nearest post office to the hostel, in the hostel room where my mother lives, or DHL will send me an e-mail/phone letter with the instructions on how to pick it up?
