Does anyone know why Lilith was the only one in the emperor’s coven allowed to keep her palisman?

Like with the info from the new episodes it makes no sense.

She was the Head Coven leader and valuable to the Coven. She was trying rough to go toe to toe with Eda, so I assume Belos allows her to have one because it’s a privilege the Head Coven Leader of the EC gets.

She didn't join as the coven leader - she was a new recruit like Steve at one point. I think the most likely explanation is that Belos has a connection (through his brother) to the Clawthornes, and he can't eat their Palismen. Hopefully at some point we get more scenes of Del and the Bat Queen to flesh out Palisman lore.

The palisman greatly increases her fighting ability. Belos relied on her to lead the Emperor’s Coven and keep his enemies down, so he would’ve wanted her to be as strong as possible. Having a strong Lilith was more valuable than eating a single palisman.

I think her mentor’s “whip” was a palisman? It looked like it had a face anyways.

Well its mostly to earn her trust since Belos was after Eda at that time and also Belos somehow saw the opportunity that Lilith would be better with a palisman.

I think the same goes for Hunter with Flapjack, Its obvious that Belos already knows about Flapjack's existence since Belos has omniscient ability which means he knows everything that is happening within his castle which means he knows about Flapjack and the reason why he haven't confronted Hunter about it is because Hunter is much useful with a palisman and would've seen it as an asset for Hunter for now.
