Looking for gameplay critique - Solo Queue Trials on Midtown with Zones

Hey y'all, after not doing trials for 2+ months I decided to be a masochist and SoloQueue over the last few days.

Here is the raw footage, the first two are matches against stacks that I lost and the last one is a win against a triple solo.

I feel like my map knowledge for trials here kind of sucks, so I can notice times where after getting 1 pick I back away in a panicky way instead of methodically repositioning in a way to win a fight.

Looking for all ways to improve. I'm not looking to get a flawless, I know I can with a 3 stack, just want to play better. I do end up being a bit passive aggressive in team chat in these games, just FYI. I realize it doesn't help. I'm trying to be better about it, it happens when the monkey brain takes over and I need to unga bunga.
