Yes but over sanitation is different. You effectively are keeping every inch of your body soaped, disinfected and clean 24/7. Not to forget the disgusting chemical shit people use while showering.

You wash your hands because they touch stuff and then normally touch your eyes/nose/mouth. Trying to remove vectors of transmission is a great way to reduce the chances of being ill….
