I know this is old news but what’s the big deal? Refocus the sales team on headset upgrades for a week and it’s like it never happened.

Pretty clever to let these honeypot “bikes” get stolen in order to keep the thieves from finding the real, functioning bikes which were (presumably) locked up in a back room or something.
