Regrowth after Adderall?

I’ve always had thinner hair but in the last few months it’s become insanely thin. I can’t wear my hair up and it’s gotten to wear you can see my scalp intensely even if it’s down. Aside from the typical day to day stress the only change I’ve made is switching meds to Adderall XR. I’ve read that it can cause hairloss but not much about if it will growth back/thicken once I stop taking it. Has anyone experienced this? Is there hope to at least have my thin hair back?
