Looking for an old Coco bit.

Hey all, I remember way back in the day Conan did a fake (I'm hoping) what I seem to remember was a fake commencement speech and he told all the female students in the crowd that they should get breast implants, the bigger the better.

If anyone knows the bit I'm referring to please help me out.

Thanks all!
