PC Graphics Question

So I decided to take the plunge into EOS and see how it is. I played FO76 for a year and enjoyed it. I know the game is 8yrs old, but one would think that the graphics would be decent.

The graphics just seem blocky and grainy, even on ultra. Is this just the way the game is, or is there a secret that I have yet to find?

I am running a new build of:

AMD Ryzen 5600x

Nvidia RTX 12gb 3060OC

32gb 3600 ram

30" monitor 100HZ
