Steelseries Stratus Duo and Other Controller Problems

Someone, please help, I think I must've pressed some random buttons and it doesn't work. Like, it works out of my game but not in it. There are no drivers bc it doesn't need it and it works just fine. Since I pressed the buttons, it switched the format of the binds. I tested it out on my other controller. It had the same reaction as the Stratus Duo. I think its bc of how since I pressed a sequence of random buttons, it must've changed what the controls were. PLEASE HELP ASAP
