Does anyone know when cross progression is coming out?

I’ve heard from some that cross progression is coming out in a short time, but is there really any official information that Respawn has stated about this? I’m asking because I want to play on pc, but all my skins and emotes are on console. If anyone knows, it would help me out a lot.
