Still having in-game voice chat issues

I’m currently on Xbox Series X and with the new update it came with the audio bugs as well as a few others. And one of which I cannot get rid of. I cannot speak in-game. From the perspective of someone else my mic is extremely sped up and I’ve tried resetting and a few other things that were offered from the past. So if anyone had recommendations let me know.
