Hey I was looking to get into air soft and was wondering about eye protection I stay in Scotland so the environment is damp and cold usually
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Im a fan of paintball masks. Something with dual pane, thermal lenses. Dye, Empire, Vforce, HK army, etc… all make good stuff.
Otherwise Pyramex makes good stuff.
