A while back I posted the original version of this script, based on the Netflix series Arcane (and the game League of Legends), written for one performer to play Vi, while the listener got to be Caitlyn.

During the original writing process, I always kind of thought of what Caitlyn was meant to be saying during all the written pauses, so the natural next step was to write it down and flesh out her part. So, here we are: an audio play version of the same scene, written for two voiced performers. The listener, we'll say, is just the audience... an observer... not part of the scene. Fingers crossed for some ambitious VAs who feel like collaborating!

FWIW, Vi has a deeper voice and a non-regional American accent, while Caitlyn has a more posh British accent, also known as RP or "received pronunciation."

SUMMARY:

Battered and bruised from their encounter with Jinx on the bridge, and now without the Hextech gemstone, it seems as though all of Vi and Caitlyn's struggles have been for nothing. The pair arrive at Caitlyn's family home, where Mrs. Kiramann agrees to grant them an audience with the Council, but warns them it's not going to be an easy task to sway their intentions. In Caitlyn's room, she and Vi finally share a moment of respite. They've been through so much in the last few days, and with the chaos of the world quieted—at least for now—Vi offers Caitlyn a rare glimpse of vulnerability, and the two open up to each other in more ways than one...
