My current size is similar to your before! Do you mind me asking if your surgery was covered by insurance?

DeciduousTreeOPpost-op (32H -> 32Dish)•

Yes it was - they required a minimum of 441g to be removed from both sides. I ended up having 500g and 550g taken out 👍

Yes that gives me so much hope thank you!!!

Awesome! I’m 2WPO and based on your post history I think I’m going to end up looking very similar. Have you tried on any fitted bras yet just to see size?

No bras with moulded cups yet. I did get a 36C sports bra from Target but their sizing is way off.. like super small, tight bands. Hoping to be 32D!

🤞🍀

How comfortable are you feeling? I’m seeing lots of range with some people post-6WPO going about their lives like they never had surgery, and others still having pain or swelling or just generally needing to be careful with exercise etc.

I’m pretty comfortable! I’ve been able to start running and going to dance classes again. Not really getting painful zings and zaps anymore

Amazing, going back to dance classes are exactly what I’m waiting for. Cannot WAIT

Man your before photo looks so heavy! You must be feeling great now! They fit your frame very well, congrats!

Thank you! I feel so good! It’s really amazing being able to exercise without needing a super heavy duty sports bra to keep them from flying all over the place

Your tiny birthmarks work like the belt hole indicator that people who‘ve lost weight show. You look stunning!

Right! Some were not even visible before!

Gorgeous work! Please tell me your surgeon is in SoCal. 😁

Dang it! But great for you!

Who was your surgeon?

I saw Dr Schierle at Northwestern - he is AWESOME and his PA and other office staff are lovely too.

You look great. I’m 3WPO and looking for some comfortable bras, would you recommend the skims one?

2
DeciduousTreeOPpost-op (32H -> 32Dish)•

Yes it’s very comfortable! I also like the Aerie Real Free padded bralette!

Thank you!!! Just ordered a few of the Skims bras, excited to try them. I’ve wanted to order from them for a while now. ☺️

Their undies are super comfortable too! Mixed feelings on Kim K 🤪 but literally every item of theirs I’ve tried is sooo comfy and nice to wear

2
jstcarroll•

Haha! I feel the same way, that’s why I’ve put off supporting them 🤣 I’ll give the undies a try too though, thank you!
