Amazon Music App no longer downloading to my phone

Hi Everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me. First let me say I am dyslexic and so please forgive me if my sentences don't make sense or I'm not explaining something correctly. Thank you for your patience with me in advance.

My neighbor had me on her amazon account for year's, I recently upgraded to Prime so I can have all the features of the subscription. Once I did that i noticed the music I was purchasing was not showing up on my Samsung Music Folder. I tried going to the amazon website and check the devices, etc. On the amazon music app in the settings under Location/Storage folder it is completly greyed out. I also couldn't locate the actual amazon data on my Droid, I can locate the app but couldn't change the permissions.

I recently got a new phone thinking maybe the amazon music app would register it as a new and would download to my phone as well or at least find it in my droid some where. But it has not.

To make it worse, that neighbor ended up dying (I found her, horrible experience) a few weeks ago so if there was any correlation with the account prior.

I have googled, youtubed and still can't find it even on my droid, in the file folder, etc.

I see permissions and now it shows in the amazon app that media is okay but when I try to give it all permissions it doesn't allow.
