FA vs Corporate M&A analyst exit opps

Looking at two opportunities and was wondering what some exit opps are and opinions on the two. The FA role is for a small manufacturing company and the M&A role is for a larger company. The FA company had PE buyout, so I would be entry level helping implement/revamp processes. M&A is well established medium sized company.

Pros and cons to both, but wondering if M&A experience outside of IB holds more weight than FA.
