Constant Crashing in the Timefall Farm area

I don't know what is up with this game but when I started playing it was having Access Violation crashes triggered by one of the early cutscenes. People on reddit and the steam discussion boards suggested turning off DLSS. This seemed to completely fix the problem until I reached the Timefall Farm.

As soon as I reach the area with all the wheat fields it crashes within about 2-3 mins with the same familiar Access Violation message. It did this over and over again so curiously I decided to turn DLSS back on. Surprisingly this allowed me to turn in my delivery to the farm however now I am trapped in the farm because it crashes whenever I try to leave. Help! These farmers are holding me hostage!

If anybody has any suggestions I am open to it.

All drivers up to date and running latest version of Windows 11. Playing with an RTX 2070, i7-8700, 32gb ram, installed on SSD, graphics settings on High. Playing Director's Cut version.

lol WTF is going on here. The original game has been out for a year on PC and it still has the same bugs in the Director's Cut?
