HyperX SoloCast Shock Mount. Help!!

Looking to buy a boom arm / shock mount combo. I am seeing mixed information saying the solocast diameter is 50mm but people are fitting it into 43-46mm shock mounts. Is this accurate because I see a good combo but the shock mound is 43-46mm. Thanks!
