horrible prizes for getting credit card.

when will cashier associates get the recognition they deserve? we are the ones who get majority of the Tjx Rewards Credit Cards, but our prizes are just all around crappy and insulting. one prize for getting a credit card at my job is a damn soda. like bro. that’s not gonna make anyone want to get credit cards. we ask and ask, and apparently managers get the bonuses for US getting the cards, when the managers at my location sit in the office all day. the managers also stand behind us at register to make sure we’re asking for the card. all invasive. but they’ll never hop on register and help when the line is out of queue. they’re now making floor associates talk about the card on the floor, and i think that’s just too much. like if i was shopping and i kept getting harassed about a card i would just leave. i haven’t ever been to another store that does that. why do we even need so much credit cards? oh because our ceo needs his billion dollars each year, when the people that give him that money barely make enough for a decent living. this is awful. they really don’t care about our well-being, we’re just used as a money grabber for our ceo.
