rtx 3080 strix OC 12 gb temps?

it's idling at 50-54 degrees with youtube and streaming, it's around 71-76 degrees playing the Witcher 3 at max setting, is this normal setting?

a few things to note: my case got bad fans air flow, lol i didn't even put intake fans, in the 011 dynamic evo. once i put intake fans what do you think the temps would be?
