best place to watch UFC 273?

I'm in Belleville for work and I am looking for a place to watch UFC 273? I noticed the town shuts down a bit earlier compared to Toronto. Though I haven't stayed over on the weekend yet.

Any suggestions where I could sit down and watch the fights? I'm not a big alcohol drinker if that matters.

For reference I'm staying at the Holiday Inn on Front street?
