Anyone know of an alternative to Winshortcutter

I work in a primarily PC office. Ive had the winshortcutter app for years now and loved it. It made sharing file paths with drive names and opening them so easy. It was indispensable. But after the update to Monterey the old app won't work. They have an updated one, which will work - I would totally pay for it, but I don't like the idea of a subscription. Anyone know of any alternatives that might do the same thing? https://winshortcutter.com
