Confused with Customer Feedback!

I am building a SAAS platform that helps people to write high-converting social media marketing copy in a few minutes. Yes, we are building another GPT-3 AI copywriting tool but our niche is the DTC/e-commerce space. At the moment I am targeting user-generated content (UGC) creators with my version 1 offering a free 7-day trial before charging a monthly subscription.

I am currently reaching out to the creators manually via Twitter sending them cold DM messages. The feedback has been great when they are using the platform.

Exact words of some of the creators "Yes! I tried it with only one client/video and so far it’s been great. Takes the words right out of my head. Yes- if I need verbiage quickly. I think it’s worth using more on some other client videos to get a feel for it as well as the other functions and capabilities I saw there."

Another one said "wow I actually love it!! the hooks it gave me were great I will definitely be using it for hooks and scripting too, make everything easier and gives good ideas for things to say about the product, and without the platform, I would come up with scripts on my own that take longer like 20 to 30 min to think of hooks but with this platform, it only took me 2 min, gave me a lot of good ideas so I could put it all together really fast.

After the free trial, the creators would hesitate to pay $10 per month so I am confused between the initial feedback and not being willing to pay for the service. Has anyone figured out any wording or changes to how they approached which made a noticeable difference in convincing people to make the payment?
