I think you need a better binder and show your forehead, try brushing your hair back

Maybe squarer glasses frames and a little shorter on the bangs

Oh and I'm pre T and surgery.

my advice would be to have a more square-shaped frame for your glasses, and a shorter haircut. personally i think you’d suit a buzz, but that’s always a personal preference.
