My friend seems to be having a mental health crisis.

My friend (let’s call her Jane 18f) has had many different mental health issues due to massive childhood trauma. Only 15 minutes ago she messages me saying her name is a completely different name, acting completely differently. I asked her if she plans to hurt herself or anyone else and she said no. She was discharged from the hospital a few days ago due to depression (there weren’t enough beds). This person Jane has turned into says there are other people inside my friend’s head. This sounds like dissociation, but I don’t really care about putting a label on it, that’s not my job. But she says some of these other people want to hurt my friend. I’m worried about her and I don’t know what to do, I don’t live in the same country as her and cannot physical go to her and make sure she is safe. What do I do?
