Bad Experience w/ Lotsofplants.com
So far my experience with them has been dismal. Our first issue arose when our Winecraft Smoke Bush arrived not as described. The plant was in horrible condition and it was not in the container that was advertised.
Our next issue arose today when we received what was supposed to be a White Wedding Hydrangea plant in a 7 gal. container. As you can tell from the photo, we did not receive a hydrangea plant.
We purchased warranties so I'm hoping this company will make it up to us. Has anyone ordered from them happily before?

Update as of 4/14/
They are apparently going to send a replacement for the Smokebush.
Lastly, we get to keep the Camelia which would be awesome if we wanted it. It just isn't a fit for our Garden.
The owner has said he is going to "personally watch the forecast" and determine when it will be best to ship our replacements. They also would like a photo of all three plants photographed together for whatever reason. I don't really get it.
I told the owner that I created a Reddit thread describing my experience and my hope was to update it with a glowing review. The owner simply said "good luck with your online endeavors."
I'm frustrated. Not one apology has been given. These people clearly lack respect for their customers.
