A Sexual Encounter
EDIT: At the suggestion of some commenters, I’ve made some edits to my poem. Originally, I had metaphors relating to earth-like things, such as mountains and plains. I’ve removed those to keep it just as a space theme. I changed the title too.
Interstellar
I’m a spaceman aboard my rocket ship
Excited to explore
Blast off to the stars
To search for something more
I sail past Mars and Jupiter
Across the galaxy
Leaving the Milky Way behind
For something more to see
Floating through the depths of space
As I look around and wander
There amidst the darkness
A light radiates upon her
So magnificent from afar
A spectacle to see
I am bedazzled
By such striking beauty
A majestic body
A wondrous star
She was bound to appear
On my radar
A journey so far
What left to discover
But this exotic new sun
To make me her lover
I smell the scent
Of sweet pheromone
Which brings me in
To her cosmic zone
Drawn in closer
She’s so magnetic
Mesmerized
By her aesthetic
She has my full attention
Her attributes absorb it
‘Till I find myself
In her enchanting orbit
While gazed upon
My final frontier
I slowly enter
Her atmosphere
I feel her gravity
It pulls me in
‘Til I land upon her
And touch her skin
The feelings are strong
The infatuation
Bringing us together
In constellation
I can smell on her body
Her lovely aroma
While enveloped in the warmth
Of her cozy corona
I kiss her sunspots
Then onward I steer
As I make my way
Through her chromosphere
I sense a passion
That her heart contains
As I feel the fire
Burning through her veins
I’m all around her
And her around me
There are sparks between us
It’s solar energy
She wants me deeper
To feel me more
So I reach inside
And touch her core
The sensation is powerful
It’s heavenly and great
Like I’ve traveled the universe
To meet destiny and fate
It’s like I’ve entered a portal
To a higher dimension
As she takes me in
To her great ascension
The chemistry
It’s intergalactic
As I surrender to
Her alien magic
She’s in control
A stellar pilot
Who wraps me in
Her ultraviolet
I then look in her eyes
And go in for a kiss
Like I’m falling in
To eternal bliss
I feel the energy
From her lips
As our bodies form
An eclipse
Our hearts beat in rhythm
And increase in rate
An electrical connection
As we accelerate
The heat is on
The temperature is rising
As the dawn appears
Over the horizon
She shines more brightly
She emits strong rays
That blind me in
Her fiery blaze
Asteroids soar past
But who really cares
I’m already melting
In solar flares
They said Icarus flew
Too close to the sun
But they never mentioned
It would be this fun
We ascend with ecstasy
To reach the verge
Where I feel the urge
At her celestial surge
We hit supernova
She’s an exploding star
An astronomical wonder
The most spectacular by far
And it feels like I’ve
Touched her soul
As I’m sucked into
Her great black hole
Where I feel relaxed
Free of tension
As she keeps me floating
In suspension
And I just continue
To admire her
Knowing we became
Interstellar
