Export bookmarks from Chrome Android.
What title says, I've been looking for ways to do it, but everything is for desktop Chrome, and Takeout doesn't export my bookmarks for some reason.
There doesn't seem to be any option to easily export them in the settings either, and the move option only lets you move them to another folder in your bookmarks, not to a file.

Not that I remember. Apparently the only way is to sync bookmarks and then export them from desktop using google takeout, which is dumb.
in case it helps to know, why are you trying to export the mobile bookmarks?
Sometimes I bookmark things that I won't have time or don't want to read on mobile, and I'd like to read them on desktop instead.
Do you not have sync turned on in your google acct ?
On your desktop (will not work in mobile), go to chrome://settings/syncSetup/advanced to "Manage what you sync":
Sync everything or Customize sync:
Sync data
Apps
Bookmarks
Extensions
History
Settings
Theme
Reading list
Open tabs
Passwords
Addresses and more
