First Upgrade from HT?

Howdy all! I just passed my Tech exam last week and have an HT to play around with once my Callsign comes through. I am curious though if anyone would have some advice on a nice first upgrade from an HT? Ideally something that doesn't break the bank, and that I could still use while I'm studying up for my general?

(Basically trying to plan ahead and save up now)
