Anyone have a fix for the seemingly constant stutters that plague this game? I've tried all settings, resolutions, nothing works. I'd estimate I lose about 25% of my fights purely due to my game stuttering in the middle of fights when effects go off.

I get this issue periodically, but usually it's a sign that windows needs to update? Once I've updated windows it fixes itself for a while. Annoying, but hopefully that'll fix it for you also?
interesting, I did upgrade windows like 6 months ago and don't remember anything being different. might as well try it again
This sadly killed my friend’s interest in this game as it made the game too clunky for him. I’m not sure what caused it honestly.
Had the same issue, so I quit 5 months ago. I recently downloaded the game again and haven't experienced the issue yet. Only difference was I installed the game on a SSD instead of a HDD. Maybe that has something to do with it?
He did say he may try again when he upgrades his setup cause as he told me his current one is doggy dookie.

it feels more like a rendering issue than an internet issue. No other games I play have any stutters like this (league runs at 250-300 idk fps). Maybe 1s is an exxageration, it's usually micro stutters. thanks for the help anyway
I've had some stuttering as well that seems related to RAM. If I have a lot of tabs open, it can be pretty bad. Sounds like you've got a better rig than me, but worth a shot to look at if nothing else works.
Install the game on SSD.
i had this issue with my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro running on Windows 11. It turns out that the location tracking feature is causing some spike in performance (or network bandwidth? I can't remember) from time to time and causing the stuttering. Once I disabled the location tracking I don't have any stuttering anymore. You can easily google how to disable that. Hope this helps!
