My ex broke NC and Friday we're going to see after work

Okay so today, two weeks of NC and four of breakup, she contacted me. It was a simple message: "Hey, how are you?" She the said that she was sorry if she didn't wrote to me before and that she wants to hear me from time to time to know how I am doing. I told her that I was fine, and she asked me what I did in those past days. I gave her a vague response, saying that I'm taking care of my friends and they are doing the same, that I'm working out, that I'm meditating and I've brought back my family together, and now my mother and my aunt are talking again thanks to me. She the replied saying really specific stuff, what she has done in those past days, where she ate, who she was with, what she's playing, what she's doing now that we aren't a thing anymore, and so on. She asked again how I'm doing, this time specifically referred to a cardiology situation that I may have, and I hinted that as I fear doctors I'd like her to accompany me to the hospital, even though it would be useless due to covid and stuff. She then directly said that she'd like to come by my shop to talk a bit and see me. I proposed to her that she could've come today in the evening even though I knew she wasn't around because her work is nearby mine, and said that she could come right now but I have to go to the gym. She said to let me know when she could come by, and I proposed Friday evening: she accepted.

So, right now I know exactly what she's going in her mind thanks to my studies in psychology and thanks to Coach Lee, the fact that I'm vague but kind, that I'm not telling her what I'm doing, where and with who while she is, is driving her nuts. I was pretty proud during our relationship, so I know that now is her turn to do that, and seeing me being humble while not giving her that much of a priority is destabilizing her. Even if she's repenting her actions, she won't say that. And I don't really know if she's missing me, mine are only vague guesses based on the photos of her that her friends are uploading in her photos (where I can see that her smile is forced), and on how much she's flaunting about her social life all while saying that she's "distracting herself". So, I don't know what to do or say on Friday ahahah, can you guys help me? Also, I'd like to know what you think about this situation and what she told me.
