XBOX PC Game Pass Payment Inquiry

Good day! I would like to ask how can I avail for the Php 49.00 for 3 mos. subscription? I only have GCash AMEX on me and I cannot purchase the said plan probably because US ang address ng virtual card ko (which cannot be modified since GCash mismo ang naglagay ng address). Thanks in advance!
