Overclocking Crucial Ballistix to 3600MHz

Someone told me I can buy Crucial Ballistix and overclock it to 3600MHz since the chips are higher quality than most other RAM. But I dont have a lot of experience with overclocking. What do I need to watch out for and how do I know which timings work best for the RAM Speed I want to overclock it to?

Or does anyone have overclocked RAM already and knows which Speed and Timings I can set it to?

Also is 16GB still enough or should I go for 32GB already?
