People Cert website not loading or letting me login.

I tried with a few browsers and different machines. I also tried to get into the website with two different wifi's (Home wifi and mobile hotspot).

I'm trying to reschedule my exam, but man this website is frustrating. Just wanted to see if anybody else is getting this issue. Thanks!
