Microsoft's Enterprise Skills Initiative

Hey friends!

So I'm getting out of the Navy in a few months, and have been given an opportunity via Microsoft's Enterprise Skills Initiative. I have access to literally all of Microsoft's courses and certifications until July. I start school full time in the fall (CS Major!) and was wondering if you guys could give me a recommendation.

If you had the choice, which courses and certs would you go after? I'm leaning toward Azure at the moment, but that's only because I don't know what else would be decent for my resume.
