South Bay- Between LAX and Culver City ($1300) Private Bedroom, Private Bath, 1 gated/covered parking space, all utilities included Located @ 90302 (Hill St. & La Cienega Blvd) . Hi there! We are looking to rent out our private bedroom/private bath for 4 months from June 1st to October 1st. . The ideal person will be willing to be communicative about any needs or issues (like damage/spills / etc.) Responsible, and not a party person. You would be sharing the space with 1 other housemate who will be living in the Grey Room pictured above. . A little bit about her, She’s 23 professional working on a contract (Originally from NY). She likes to bake and rock climb and works from home a lot of the time. . Rent includes everything(utilities, fast wifi about 200mbps on a good day). The security deposit is $650 and is fully refundable as long as nothing gets damaged. Ideally, we’re looking for someone for at least 4 months with a steady income. . The Space: . You would have your own parking space in a covered and locked garage area with a clicker and key of your own. . The home is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2 story condo that we have lived in for about 11 years. . The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. It’s furnished (as pictured) with a queen bed, TV with a fire stick, desk, and storage spaces. You would have your own bathroom in your room fully to yourself with some basics. Both of the rooms have individual AC units. The showers are hot with good water pressure. . We ask that guests be limited at the apartment(Max amount 4 people at a time in the apartment), please no random people, gatherings, or parties. As the neighbors work from home and the walls that are connected to them are really thin. The neighbors don't party or have guests over either and we have known them for quite some time. . Lastly, to be respectful to our neighbors, there’s no smoking permitted anywhere in or near the building or loud gatherings. Although we are huge animal lovers, one of us has severe allergies (the reason for all our hard floors) so we cannot keep any at home with us, unfortunately. . To see the space: .
