Limited edition PS4 game?

So I was going through my PS4 games to see if any have some value with the prices sky rocketing these days. Much to my surprise I found one have I cannot seem to find much information on. It's the PS4 Wipeout Omega Collection not a particularly rare game, but I cannot seem to find anything about one with this retro slipcover included (looks like a PlayStation 1 jewel case design). All the ones on eBay are just the game without the slipcover. Anyone have any idea of this was some special limited edition?
