Breaking the fourth wall watching hot tube time machine tripping on acid and Molly

In highschool (2013-14) I took some strong lsd Mario star tabs, I couldn’t tell you what the drug was specifically but it was legit and ordered from Silk Road. My buddy gave me some clean Molly and I decided to take it together. When both started hitting me I kinda avoided my friends and hid in my buddies room and tried to chill out. I turned on The tv after a bit of time trying to figure out how to turn it on. and hot tub time machine was on. The characters started speaking to me as if they were telling me something or watching me. The experience felt kinda like when you watch house of cards and Francis would talk to the audience. I remember getting freaked out and turning it off and the characters telling me not to. I hid under a desk for hours clenching my knees and I never had a good experience with psychedelics after this. Can anyone relate to this expierence I had? It felt as if a fourth wall was broken and like someone or something was trying to speak to me. I know I sound crazy but I’m getting older and just trying to figure out wtf happened during that trip…
