oh my god ive never seen that shiny before and i didnt expect it to be THAT bright
The midday snow glare does no favours
Is there a particular way to up chances of shinys? I’ve just got the game and want to get some sparklemons
As strange as this sounds, play the game.
You start the game with a shiny rate of 1/4096 for all Pokémon
However you can reroll the odds by completing certain tasks.
Research level 10 adds an additional reroll for that particular Pokémon and perfect research level adds two more.
If you get research level 10 in all Pokémon, you can unlock the shiny charm, which gives you 3 more rerolls for all Pokémon, so 5 in total, or 7 if you 100% the dex.
Massive Mass Outbreaks add 12 rerolls and Mass Outbreaks add 25.
Woah. What’s a reroll. You’re a pokegod it seems
Think of it like this: whenever a Pokémon appears, the game rolls a bunch of dice. One of these determines if the Pokémon is shiny: if it rolls a 4,096, the Pokémon is shiny. When you start the game, the dice is rolled once. Once you've got the shiny charm, it's rolled 5 times.
And I'm no deity, this is easily googleable
Yellow shinyyyyyy
Lol you could see it a mile away
