Adult Name Change

Hello, I currently live in Ross county Ohio and was seeking info regarding adult last name change not due to marriage. When I looked online at my probate courts website there was very limited info, it basically just said to fill out forms. I have also heard that publication might be necessary before your hearing. Does anyone know the general process and steps I may need to take to change my last name? Thank you!
