How do I know If I died to a hacker?

So after surviving for about 3 weeks, without encountering many players. I logged out inside a building near a town far up north. An hour later I logged back in to check if it was night or not. It was pitch black, couldn't see anything. 3 seconds later I see blood splatter from my head and the "you are dead" screen. WHAT?? HOW??? I spent 3 weeks gearing up, making some friends, travelling across the map and thats how I die????????. I almost never hackusate anyone, but how in the world did someone shoot me in the head (no sound) in a pitch-black night while I was inside a building with only 1 window (that I wasn't near). Either a hacker magically shot me through the wall or I am the unluckiest player in the entire universe and happened to spawn on top of another player that had a pistol and was facing my direction and wasn't moving. Literally 3 seconds after I spawn it, no sniper, no matter how good, would be able to spot me in pitch black and line up a perfect shot in 3 seconds.

I just want to know if I died a "fair" death or if a hacker got me. what do you guys think? Im playing on an official server Server
