How common is it for companies in the States to hire fresh Canadian grads?

I have experience as an R&D intern for a big Pharma company, Quality Intern for for a big Pharma company, and Quality Associate for a food company. In my final year of bachelors in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and curious to know if I could get a job in the states after graduation?
